The duration of taking the medicine is up to 8 weeks for gastric\/anastomotic ulcers, and up to 6 weeks for duodenal ulcer.\u003cbr\u003e・For reflux esophagitis: In general, for adults, take 2 tablets (20 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, once a day. The duration of taking the medicine is up 8 weeks. For maintenance therapy to prevent relapse\/recurrence of reflux esophagitis, take 1 to 2 tablets (10 to 20 mg) at a time, once a day.\u003cbr\u003e・For non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease: In general, for adults, take 1 tablet (10 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, once a day. The duration of taking the medicine is up to 4 weeks.\u003cbr\u003e・For eradication of Helicobacter pylori: In general, for adults, take 2 tablets (20 mg of the active ingredient) concomitantly with other antibiotics [750 mg (titer) of amoxicillin hydrate and 200 mg (titer) of clarithromycin] at a time, twice a day for 7 days. The dose of clarithromycin may be increased as needed, however, the maximum daily dose is 400 mg (titer) at a time twice a day. If this treatment resulted in failure, as an alternative, take 2 tablets (20 mg) concomitantly with 750 mg (titer) of amoxicillin hydrate and 250 mg (titer) of metronidazole at a time, twice a day for 7 days.
