・For the treatment of essential hypertension, renal hypertension, hypertension associated with pheochromocytoma: In general, for adults, the initial dose is started with 15 mg of the active ingredient at a time, twice daily, and if the effect is insufficient, the dose will be gradually increased up to 60 mg at a time, twice daily, after breakfast and supper, at intervals of 1 to 2 weeks. ・If you miss a dose, take a dose as soon as you remember. However, take an interval of 4 to 5 hours before the next dose. If it is 2 to 3 hours or less before the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
