Effects of This Medicine +

・This medicine is a fosfomycin antibiotic used in the treatment of infections to inhibit bacterial cell wall synthesis at the initial stage, and shows bactericidal antimicrobial effect.
・It is usually used in the treatment of deep layer of skin infections, cystitis, pyelonephritis, infectious enteritis, dacryocystitis, hordeolum, meibomianitis, otitis media and sinusitis.

Dosing Schedule (How to Take) +
・In general, for adults, take orally 2 to 3 g of fosfomycin (titer) daily; and for children, take 40 to 120 mg of fosfomycin (titer)/kg daily; in three to four divided doses respectively. The dosage may be adjusted according to the age or symptoms. This preparation contains 250 mg of fosfomycin (titer) in a tablet. Strictly follow the instructions.
・If you miss a dose, take a dose as soon as possible. However, if it is 3 hours or less before the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule.
・You should never take two doses at one time.
Before Using This Medicine +
・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines or foods.
・If you are a patient with hepatic damage.
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Storage Conditions +
・Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
・Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
