Nipradilol

Effects of This Medicine +
・This medicine has beta-blocking action and vasodilator effect. It lowers blood pressure and prevents angina attacks.
・It is usually used to treat essential hypertension (mild to moderate), angina.
Dosing Schedule (How to Take) +
・In general, for adults, take 1 to 2 tablets (3 to 6 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, twice a day. The dosage should be adjusted according to your disease, age and symptoms. ・However, the daily dose should not exceed 6 tablets (18 mg). Strictly follow the instructions.
・If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
Before Using This Medicine +
・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines or foods.
・If you have: bradycardia, atrioventricular block, sinoatrial block, diabetic ketoacidosis, metabolic ketoacidosis, possibility of bronchial asthma/bronchospasm, cardiogenic shock, right cardiac failure due to pulmonary hypertension, congestive heart failure or untreated pheochromocytoma.
・If you are pregnant, possibly pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)

・The medicine may cause dizziness or light-headedness. Pay close attention when you work dangerous situation such as working at heights or driving a car.
