Irbesartan

Effects of This Medicine +
・This medicine reduces blood pressure by connecting with angiotensin II receptor which is produced inside the body, blocking vasoconstrictive effect of angiotensin II and widening of peripheral blood vessel.
・It is usually used to treat hypertension.
Dosing Schedule (How to Take) +
・In general, for adults, take 0.5 to 1 tablet (50 to 100 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, once daily. The dosage may be adjusted according to age or symptoms, however, the maximum daily dose is limited to 2 tablet (200 mg). Strictly follow the instructions.
・If you miss a dose, take as soon as possible. However, it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
Before Using This Medicine +
・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines or foods.
・If you have diabetes mellitus.
・If you are pregnant, possibly pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Precautions While Taking +
・This medicine may cause dizziness or light headedness due to decreased blood pressure. ・Pay attention to working at heights or engaging in dangerous activities such as driving a car.

・Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
・Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
