Effects of This Medicine +
・This medicine suppresses inflammation of respiratory tract and make asthma attack or symptoms less likely to occur because of inhibition of phosphodiesterase activity. And it improves the symptoms of dizziness by increase of cerebral blood flow and suppression of thrombocyte aggregation.
・It is usually used to treat bronchial asthma, dizziness of chronic cerebral circulatory disturbance induced by an after effect of cerebral infarction. However, in case of bronchial asthma, it cannot stop the asthma attack that is already taking place. 
Dosing Schedule (How to Take) +
・For bronchial asthma: In general, for adults, take 1 capsule (10 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, twice a day.
・For dizziness caused by chronic cerebral circulatory disorder: In general, for adults, take 1 capsule (10 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, 3 times a day. The dosage may be adjusted according to the symptoms.
・In any case, strictly follow the instructions.
・Since this medicine is a sustained release preparation, do not take out the capsule contents and take it.
・If you miss a dose, take a dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
Before Using This Medicine +
If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itching, rash etc.) to any medicines or foods.
If you have had intracranial bleeding or cerebral infarction recently.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)

・Keep out the reach of children. Store at room temperature (1 to 30 degrees Celsius) away from direct sunlight and moisture.
・Discard the remainder. Do not store them. If you can't determine how to discard them, ask the pharmacy or medical institution. Do not give it to anyone else.
