・For adults (depression/depressive states, obsessive-compulsive disorder, social anxiety disorder): In general, take 50 mg per day as an initial dose, which may be increased to up to 150 mg per day, in two divided doses. The dosage may be adjusted according to the disease, age or symptoms.・For children aged 8 years or over (obsessive-compulsive disorder): In general, start with 25 mg once a day before bedtime. After at least 7 days, take 50 mg per day in two divided doses, in the morning and before bedtime. The dosage may be adjusted according to the age or symptoms, but should not exceed 150 mg per day. The daily dose should be increased in 25 mg increments every 7 days or more.
・This preparation contains 25 mg of the active ingredient in a tablet. In any case, strictly follow the instructions.
・Take this medicine with sufficient water without chewing. When chewed, it tastes bitter and may lead to tongue paralysis.
・If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for the next regular dosing schedule, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
