Effects of This Medicine +
・This medicine exerts a selective binding of mineralocorticoid receptor and inhibits activation of mineralocorticoid receptor by aldosterone in order to control blood pressure.
・It is usually used to treat hypertension.
Dosing Schedule (How to Take) +
・In general, for adults, take 1 tablet (2.5 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, once a day. The dose can be increased up to 2 tablets (5 mg) a day. However, you need to start with 1.25 mg daily based on your renal function, etc. Strictly follow the instructions.・If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
Before Using This Medicine +
・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines or foods.
・If you have: hyperkalemia or renal dysfunction.

・Avoid taking any food containing St. John's wort, since it may diminish medicinal effects.
Storage Conditions +
・Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
・Discard the remainder. Do not store them. If you do not know how to discard the remainder, ask your pharmacist or medical institution. Do not give the medicine to anyone else.
