Effects of This Medicine +
・This medicine inhibits calcium influx by binding to Ca channels in the central nervous system and blocks neurotransmission by suppressing the release of excitatory neurotransmitters such as glutamic acid, soothes excessive excitement of nerve cells and relieve pain.
・It is usually used to treat neuropathic pain and pain associated with fibromyalgia.
Dosing Schedule (How to Take) +
・Neuropathic pain: In general, for adults, as an initial dose, take 75 mg of the active ingredient at a time, twice a day, and then the daily dosage may be gradually increased up to 2 tablets (300 mg of the active ingredient) in a week or more. The dosage may be adjusted according to the age or symptoms. However, the maximum daily dosage is 4 tablets (600 mg) in two divided doses.
・Pain associated with fibromyalgia: In general, for adults, as an initial dose, take 75 mg of the active ingredient at a time, twice a day. The daily dosage may be gradually increased up to 2 tablets (300 mg of the active ingredient) in a week or more and will be maintained at 2 to 3 tablets (300 to 450 mg). The dosage may be adjusted according to the age or symptoms. However, the maximum daily dosage is 3 tablets (450 mg) in two divided doses.
・This preparation contains 150 mg of the active ingredient in a tablet. In any case, strictly follow the instructions.
・This medicine can be taken with saliva only. Crush the tablet lightly with your tongue and swallow it with saliva.
・If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose. You should never take two doses at one time.
Before Using This Medicine +
・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines or foods.
・If you have: renal dysfunction or congestive heart failure.
・If you have a history of angioedema.
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Precautions While Taking +
・This medicine may cause dizziness, somnolence or loss of consciousness. Do not operating dangerous machinery such as driving a car. Especially, if you are an elderly adult, pay close attention because there is a case resulted in falling and fracture due to these symptoms.
・Be aware of alcohol, since it may intensify the therapeutic effects of this medicine.

・Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
