Effects of This Medicine +
・This medicine is a synthetic corticosteroid preparation, and it shows anti-inflammatory effects, anti-allergic effects, immunosuppressive effects and various metabolic effects.
・It is usually used for the treatment of various diseases in each department such as internal medicine, pediatrics and surgery.
・However, it does not eliminate the causes themselves of these diseases.
Dosing Schedule (How to Take) +
・In general, for adults, take 1 to 16 tablets (0.5 to 8 mg as the active ingredient) daily in 1 to 4 divided doses. The dosage may be adjusted according to your disease, age and symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.
・If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is close to your next dose, skip the missed dose. You should never take two doses at one time.
Before Using This Medicine +
・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines or foods.
・If you have infection, generalized mycosis, peptic ulcer, psychosis, tuberculosis, herpes simplex keratitis, posterior subcapsular cataract, glaucoma, hypertension, abnormal electrolyte or thrombosis.
・If you had a surgery in visceral organ recently.
・If you have a history of acute myocardial infarction.
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Storage Conditions +
・Keep the medicine out of the reach of infants and children. Store it at room temperature (1 to 30 degrees Celsius) away from direct sunlight and moisture.
・Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
・When you are inoculated with a live vaccine, be sure to consult with your doctor.
