Duration of taking the medicine is up to 8 weeks for gastric ulcer; 6 weeks for duodenal ulcer. To treat reflux esophagitis, in general, duration of taking the medicine is up to 4 weeks. If the effect is insufficient, the treatment may be continued for up to 8 weeks.Maintenance therapy for repeatedly relapsing reflux esophagitis: In general, for adults, take 1 tablet (10 mg of vonoprazan) at a time, once a day. If the effect is insufficient, the dosage may be increased to 2 tablets (20 mg) at a time.
Suppression of recurrence of gastric/duodenal ulcers associated with low-dose aspirin or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug therapy: In general, for adults, take 1 tablet (10 mg of vonoprazan) at a time, once a day.

・If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. In such instance, let more than 8 hours pass before the next dose. You should never take two doses at one time.
