Effects of this medicine
・This medicine inhibits gastric acid secretion by inhibiting enzyme activity of the proton pump in the gastric mucosa.
・It is usually used for treatment of gastric/duodenal ulcer, reflux esophagitis, etc.
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
・For treatment of gastric/duodenal ulcer, reflux esophagitis, etc.: In general, for adults, take 30 mg of the active ingredient at a time, once a day.
・For maintenance therapy of repeatedly recurrent/relapsing reflux esophagitis: In general, for adults, take 15 mg of the active ingredient at a time, once a day. The dosage may be increased up to 30 mg of the active ingredient at a time, once a day, if the effect is insufficient.
・Each tablet contains 30 mg of the active ingredient. Strictly follow the instructions of your doctor/pharmacist in either case.
・This medicine may be moistened with saliva on the tongue, then lightly squashed with the tongue, and swallowed with saliva. It may also be taken with water like usual medicines.
・If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, let more than 8 hours pass before the next dose. DO NOT take double doses to make up for the missed dose.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist

・If you ever experienced any allergic reaction (itch, rash etc.) to any medicines or foods.
・If you have liver disorder.
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)

・Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
・Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
