Effects of This Medicine +
・This medicine inhibits calcium ions influx and suppresses release of neurotransmitters in the nervous system to reduce pain.・It is usually used to treat neuropathic pain.
Dosing Schedule (How to Take) +
・In general, for adults, as an initial dose, take 5 mg of mirogabalin at a time, twice a day. The dose will be increased by 5 mg at a time and continue to take increased dose at intervals of one week or more, and eventually take 15 mg at a time, twice a day. The dosage may be adjusted according to the age or symptoms in 10 to 15 mg range at a time, twice a day. This medicine contains 10 mg of mirogabalin in a tablet. Strictly follow the instructions.・If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.

Undoubtedly more potent and "stronger"

"Undoubtedly more potent and "stronger" than any other gabapentinoid I am familiar with. My very first dose of TARLIGE was 1/2 tablet (5 mg) and I have not taken gabapentin or pregabalin in many years, so my tolerance was nonexistent. That first 5 mg dose was taken with food and made me very drowsy within minutes, and the same for the second and third doses. Now that I have some tolerance, the effects are delayed -- drowsiness and mild muscle relaxation appear after a few hours. I made the mistake of dosing at bedtime, and woke up stumbling and slurring my words after sleeping for about six hours. Do not drive after taking TARLIGE until you have developed a tolerance (roughly 5-7 days), but be careful taking it RIGHT BEFORE BED, because you may wake up feeling drunk and intoxicated. If you start with a 5 mg dose, you are starting with a dose roughly equivalent to 600 mg of gabapentin."
