Effects of This Medicine +
・This medicine inhibits calcium ions influx and suppresses release of neurotransmitters in the nervous system to reduce pain.
・It is usually used to treat neuropathic pain.
Dosing Schedule (How to Take) +
・In general, for adults, as an initial dose, take 5 mg of mirogabalin at a time, twice a day. The dose will be increased by 5 mg at a time and continue to take increased dose at intervals of one week or more, and eventually take 15 mg at a time, twice a day. The dosage may be adjusted according to the age or symptoms in 10 to 15 mg range at a time, twice a day. Strictly follow the instructions.
・This product is available in 2.5mg, 5mg, 10mg and 15mg tablets. Select the strength prescribed by your doctor from the options above.
・If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
